Is a traditional Corfu Village with a Kafenion three Tavernas & three Churches. Our house is a two minute walk from the centre. You'll enjoy an inviting home with space and privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine oven & hob plus a modern bathroom. The cozy living room is a home from home. The settee bed has a proper mattress and the wood burning stove warms the whole house on chilly evenings. The property is air conditioned & has a balcony with stunning views . Perfect for alfresco eating.
Prices
Minimum stay 1 week airport transfers can be arranged 45 euro each way. Transport hire is advised.
High Season June, July, August, weekly 560 euro
Mid Season May, September, weekly 500 euro.
Low season October, April weekly 250 euro
Winter Season November through to March 500 monthly.

Pets are not allowed. There are no cleaning fees or additional charges. We would kindly ask smokers to smoke outside. Car hire we recommend Corfu Explore (ask for Valantis mention Ann & Julian)

Deposit and cancellation policy
There is a 10% deposit at time of booking which is held against breakages and is returned at the end of the rental. The full amount is due one week prior to arrival. Cancellation up to 7 days prior to booked date of arrival is charged at 50% of the total rental.
The house is cleaned on arrival. Bedding & towels are provided. The washing of the bed linen, towels & cleaning is your responsibility during the rental period. A welcome pack is provided together with house information folder & local tips. Doukades is the nearest Village to the Corfu Donkey Rescue.
The house is most suitable for a couple. Free parking is available next to the village school. Wi-Fi is fitted.
